I am an employee of a New York state or local health department, and enrolled in the trainings through the NYS Department of Health's Learning Management System. Why aren't my training completions shown right away on that site?

The information in the NYS Department of Health's Learning Management System is updated manually by Department of Health staff, and it can take a few days for updates to be made.
