I was redirected here. How do I access my training?
If you are accessing one of the PHTC Online trainings from another website, you must create an account on PHTC Online.
How do I enroll in a training?
View the trainings available on PHTC Online. From the list of trainings, select a training by clicking on it. You will be taken to an overview of the training, with a list of objectives of the training. Listed towards the bottom are the training's version, estimated time to complete, cost, and technical requirements. At the top of the page, under the training name, is an "Enroll" button. Clicking this will enroll you in the training and add it to your "My Trainings" list. You will be taken to the training to begin taking it. When you click on the enroll button, you will be prompted to log in if you have not already.
I came from another website and can't log in. What do I do?
If you have been redirected to PHTC Online from another website, you will need to create a PHTC Online account to use this site's features. If you are certain you have an account but cannot remember the username or password, try looking up your credentials with the recovery tool.
I can't remember my username or password. What do I do?
You can retrieve your username or password by clicking on "Look up your username and password." You must enter the email address associated with your account. Your username will be shown and you will have the option to send an email to the address used, containing both your username and password. Make sure to check your spam folder, as the email might end up there. The email sometimes takes up to an hour to receive. If you do not receive an email, please contact technical support.
I get a blank screen or another similar error trying to take a training or after logging in. What do I do?
Most mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads, do not support Flash. If you are using such a device, please trying opening the course on a desktop or laptop computer instead.
I'm still having trouble.
