This one-hour recorded webinar reviews the important steps of the New York State Department of Health's (NYS DOH) Hospital and Community Patient Review Instrument (H/C PRI) including in-depth information on the four categories of indicators which often present the most difficulty (Section II. Medical Events, III. Activities of Daily Living, IV. Behaviors, and V. Specialized Services). It uses a case study approach to walk through different situations that may arise when completing the form.
Audience
RNs who have previously completed H/C PRI training and who have been issued a PRI Assessor ID. You must submit your PRI Assessor ID when you enroll.
Learning Outcome
As a result of this activity, the learner will be able to enhance their knowledge and competence on completing the following sections of the H/C PRI instrument: II. Medical Events, III. Activities of Daily Living, IV. Behaviors, and V. Specialized Services.
Continuing Education Credits
