If you came to PHTC Online from another website, you will need to create a PHTC Online account to access the site. If you believe you already have an account but cannot remember the username or password, please look up your credentials with the recovery tool.

How do I enroll in a training?

From “View Trainings” page, click on the “View Info” link for the the training to view a description of the training, the Continuing Education credits offered, and other information. Once you have reviewed this information, click on the “Enroll” button on the right side of the page to be enrolled and taken to the beginning of the training. You will be prompted to log in if needed.

I can't remember my username or password.

Click on the button below to access the look-up tool. In the tool, enter the email address associated with your account to see your username and request an email with your password. If you don't receive the email right away, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received the email afer an hour, contact technical support.

I get a blank screen or a similar error trying to take a training.

Why don't I see my CHES credits on my NCHEC transcript?

The Center for Public Health Continuing Education reports Category I credits to NCHEC on a quarterly basis, in January, April, July, and October. NCHEC posts the credits shortly thereafter. You may need to wait and check again after the end of the current quarter.

I am looking for the PHN Ready or Foundations of PH certificate programs.

These certificate programs have now been combined into the Public Health Foundations Certificate. The new certificate includes all of the trainings from the former Public Health Nurse Ready certificate program.
